This policy explains what personal data VisaFirst collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to visafirst.ae in every language.
1. Who we are
VisaFirst is a visa services company based in the United Arab Emirates. We help residents of the UAE prepare and submit visa applications. We are not an embassy or a government body.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry and call-back forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), destination country and any message you write.
- Visa Assessment: your answers to the questions (residence, travel history, previous refusals, employment and income band), your name and phone number, and your estimated score.
- Technical data: the page you sent the form from, your language, the date and time, and your IP address, which we use to block spam and abuse.
- Analytics: if analytics is switched on, anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited and device type.
We do not ask for passport scans, bank statements or other documents through this website. If you become a client, we collect those separately and only for your application.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and call you back.
- To assess your case and prepare your visa application if you ask us to.
- To keep records required by law and to protect the website against spam.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
- Our team: the case manager and staff who handle your enquiry.
- Service providers: our website host and our form email service, which deliver your enquiry to our inbox. They process data only on our instructions.
- Embassies, consulates and visa centres: only when you ask us to apply on your behalf, and only what the application needs.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your request and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or the law requires a longer period. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
6. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
7. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries are stored in a password-protected system that only authorised staff can open.
8. Cookies
The website itself does not use advertising cookies. If analytics is switched on, it uses cookies to count visits anonymously. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
