These terms apply when you use visafirst.ae or ask VisaFirst to help with a visa application. By using the website or our services, you agree to them.
1. Our service
VisaFirst provides visa consultancy and application support: appointment booking, document checks, cover letters, itineraries and follow-up. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, visa centre or government.
2. No guarantee of approval
Every visa decision is made only by the issuing authority. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued, how long processing will take, or that an appointment date will be available. Scores from the Visa Assessment are indicative estimates, not predictions or promises.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us complete, true and current information and genuine documents.
- Check your application before it is submitted and tell us about any change in your plans or circumstances.
- Attend your appointments on time with the documents requested.
We are not responsible for a refusal or delay caused by incorrect or missing information or documents.
4. Fees
Our service fee is confirmed in writing before we start. Government visa fees, visa centre charges, translations, insurance and courier costs are separate and are paid to the relevant provider. Government and visa centre fees are usually non-refundable, whatever the outcome.
5. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before we have started work, we refund our service fee. Once work has started, refunds depend on the work completed, as set out in your quote. Fees already paid to third parties cannot be refunded by us.
6. Information on this website
Requirements, fees and processing times change often and depend on your nationality and profile. The information on this website is general guidance and may be out of date; always confirm with the official source or with your case manager before you act.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the service fee you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed travel, bookings or events.
8. Links to other websites
Event, booking and official links take you to websites we do not control. Their terms and prices apply, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
